So what IS a VA? Here's a workable definition:
“A VA is a highly-skilled, independent professional entrepreneur who provides remote administrative, technical and/or creative business support services to clients locally, nationally or globally.”
Our members undergo a rigorous screening process to ensure they possess the basic fundamentals you expect of experience, skill, ethics and professionalism. Our members are also expected to align themselves with the Core Competencies for VAs. You can be assured you'll be choosing from the best virtual businesses/independent contractors in Australia.

Our directory is divided into businesses by Specialty and businesses by Industry. If you know the type of work you would like to outsource, go to the VA by Specialty Directory and search for it. Otherwise, go to our VA by Industry Directory to find certified professionals who have experience in your industry.
Almost all of our members have achieved the Certified Australian Virtual Business (CAVB) industry certification, which is the first certification program in the world to take into consideration not only the VA's skills but also client satisfaction (via reference checking), business experience, past and continuing education/training, skills testing, industry involvement, and memberships. When looking through the directories be sure to keep an eye out for the CAVB designation beside the member's name.
